Reindeer trail for children at Goodrich Castle - 30th Nov 2008
Goodrich Castle will provide a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the High Street on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 November, when families are invited to escape the crush and enjoy festive fun in the ruins of the fantastic historic castle.
All of Santa’s reindeer have escaped and the Goodrich Castle team are looking for young volunteers to help track them all down, in a fun trail to find Goodrich’s miniature model reindeer and a small prize for everyone completing the trail!
For the duration of the weekend, visitors can also take advantage of special offers in the gift-shop, where 10% will be knocked off the prices of all gifts purchased – a fantastic opportunity to save on unusual gifts, from tapestries to armour, and a new collection of wines, spirits and chutneys to suit every taste, with free mince pies and mulled wine to get visitors in the festive mood!
